I am a marriage and family therapist. I work with couples, families, and individuals. I have experience with perfectionism, trauma, high achieving individuals, women's issues, faith crises, anxiety, couples conflict, and eating disorders.
I utilize a strengths based approach helping clients identify their strengths and build on that. I am an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
