I work with adults healing from trauma, anxiety, addiction, and the wounds that can come from painful or confusing faith experiences. Many of my clients are recovering from religious trauma or spiritual abuse and want to rediscover their faith—or their sense of self—in a way that feels safe, genuine, and freeing.
Together, we’ll use evidence-based methods such as CBT, mindfulness-based approaches, Emotional Freedom Techniques and EMDR to calm your nervous system and bring body, mind, and spirit back into alignment. My goal is to help you move from surviving to thriving, able to trust yourself, connect deeply with others, and live with renewed peace and purpose.
