I am a Certified Mental Health & Nutrition Clinical Specialist (CMNCS), a Evergreen Certified Aging and Mental Health Specialist Certification (ECAMHS) and a Evergreen Certified Dementia Care Specialist (ECDCS) Certification.
I utilize a cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused approach to encourage, empower and educate clients on reaching their own solutions. My clients often feel they are able to reduce stress and improve coping skills which often leads to better life satisfaction, work performance and happier relationships.
