My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood and accepted. Together, we'll explore the patterns that are keeping you stuck, help you reconnect with yourself, and develop practical tools to create lasting change.
One of the questions you'll often hear me ask is, "What do you need today?" If you don't know yet, that's okay-we'll figure it out together.
You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Starting is the first step. I'll meet you there and we'll take it one step at a time.
