There are times in life when the coping skills that we have are no longer effective and the things that you thought that you moved past are somehow staring you in the face. I provide a comfortable atmosphere to discover skills to tackle old and new "things". I enjoy working with adults and couples. My area of interests include anxiety, depression, marital concerns, PTSD, and trauma.
I incorporate CBT, DBT, EMDR, and AEDP into my practice. When working with couples I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman curriculum. My goal is to partner with clients to explore the skills they desire to focus on in their broad situations and life experiences.
I believe that therapy is a unique partnership between the client and therapist. I am open to exploring a partnership that will yield your desired outcomes. You are welcome to schedule a phone consultation to decide if I would be a good partner in your wellness journey. Please access my website for additional information about my practice and fee schedule.
