I have had the privilege of working in the mental health field for 25 years. I am honored when people choose to share their stories with me. I understand that the process of starting therapy can be frightening.
We will begin at a pace that feels comfortable to you. I really enjoy helping people struggling with grief/loss, addiction, trauma, perfectionism, shame, depression and anxiety. The need to be seen and heard is a basic human need.
