With a deep respect for the unique stories, strengths and needs of each person I see, I tailor my approach to the individual, using a holistic approach, including the mind-body connection. Our work together is collaborative and you will always have a voice to express what is best for you.
I provide treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD/C-PTSD, women's issues, life transitions, relationship issues (individual), divorce, and abuse including narcissistic and scapegoating abuse. As a School Counselor, I also offer school related services such as ADHD treatment, student/parent advocacy, and assistance with accommodations at school.
