The most challenging step in seeking help is making the first appointment, and I understand it might be anxiety provoking. I provide individual and couples' therapy utilizing cognitive-behavioral theories within a solution-focused framework. This allows for some relief to happen quickly for depression, anxiety, panic, grief, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, care giver stress, eating disorders, substance abuse, trichotillomania, infertility, LGBTQQIAAP issues, and neuropsychological (Alzheimer's, head injury, dementias). I also complete surgery (bariatric, gender) and adoption evaluations. ACCEPTING NEW TELEHEALTH PATIENTS.
My doctoral degree carries a neuropsychology specialty...so I'm equipped to manage treatment where medical and mental health intersect. Areas I focus on are ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, addictions, eating disorders, head injuries, dementia, Alzheimer's, chronic illnesses, cancer, "chemo brain," tics, seizures, trichotillomania, & couples counseling.
