Or a person in a close relationship with an individual with a marginalized identity? You deserve a therapist who looks like you and sees you for who you truly are. I'm here to be that therapist for you. I'm Sherri, the founder of S.C. Nash Counseling & Consulting, a group practice on the mission to bridge the gap between Black women, Black queer individuals, and the therapists who can serve them best.
Your identities are honored and accepted here. My therapeutic approach integrates the intersections of your experience so you can heal in wholeness through acceptance and authenticity. Some of the modalities I employ include EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Emotional Processing, CBT, and Person-Centered Therapy.
I specialize in serving individuals struggling with trauma, adolescent adversities, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, racial/biracial issues, gender issues, ADHD, and issues of polyamory/non-monogamy.
