As you begin your journey to self healing I would like to be an empowering support person for you. I believe we all have personal strengths and the resilience to overcome life’s challenges. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel comfortable sharing and working through issues and concerns that you are facing. I believe in listening to one’s story and validating feelings. I have several years experience working in grief and loss and chronic illness. Past losses if not dealt with will present itself throughout life when other losses occur.
Throughout my career I have worked with the chronically and terminally ill as well as their caregivers. Taking on the role of caring for another is an honorable yet difficult task. I will encourage self care and talking through frustrations, challenges and difficulties you may face as a caregiver.
My passion is in helping to guide you during the difficult transition that occurs as you learn to deal with health challenges. I look forward to starting this journey with you.

Unresolved Grief Group - Telehealth
Over the course of six weeks we will explore your journey with grief. Each session will allow time for participants to share their unique experience with grief. There will also be a focus on grief education. This is a Closed Group, meaning that we will not add new members after the first session. Please dedicate the space and time for yourself to heal and grow by attending all 6 weeks. This is a virtual group hosted online.
