Through building a therapeutic relationship with me, you can process your life, decisions, consequences, and hopes with support, empathy, and truth.
I work with individuals to help them gain insight as they decide what they want to keep, change and let go of within their narrative. With couples, we work to identify their cycle, what activates their wounds, and past injuries in their relationship, while working to repair unmet needs and create a new cycle.
