I primarily work with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship, and life stressors. I am a certified financial coach. I also have a strong connection to the first responder community and their families. As the daughter of a firefighter/paramedic.
I have a unique understanding of this population and the challenges they face, and enjoy working with this clientele as well.
