I foster an atmosphere where you are important, accepted and encouraged. I take a holistic, collaborative approach and believe that the best therapy is a balance of feeling validated and therapeutically challenged. I provide a safe harbor so you can build on your own strengths to achieve the change you desire in your life.
I utilize an eclectic approach to provide a counseling experience that is as unique as each client. I primarily use CBT / REBT, solution-focused and narrative therapy techniques, as well as EMDR. I also utilize tools learned through my Gottman training to aid in building communication and conflict management skills
