My clinical interests include trauma, anxiety, depression, DCF involvement/adoption, school related challenges, and parent coaching. I prioritizes creating a warm, collaborative, and relational environment in which clients can feel that they are fully seen and fully understood while learning coping skills to effectively deal with fear and stress and develop effective strategies to reach their goals and live more fulfilling lives.
My approach to therapy centers clients as the experts in their own lives. I believe therapy should not be theory driven but relationship driven. Hoping to build a connection based on trust so that time together is helpful, collaborative, and productive.
I help client understand experiences in the context of their environment, while working to identify both individual and societal narratives that impact their interpersonal relationships and well-being.
