Life can be difficult to navigate and at times we lose parts of ourselves to work, marriage, children, and /or illness. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia and Virgina and take a holistic approach to empower overworked women to reclaim balance, manage chronic health issues, and thrive in their personal and professional lives. My goal is to assist clients in becoming “Pretty Balanced.”
I am dedicated to supporting women aged 20-60, who are balancing multiple responsibilities while managing chronic health conditions and/or are just attempting to find balance in life. Through culturally sensitive counseling, I provide the tools, guidance, and empowerment needed to foster emotional well-being, self-compassion, and a healthy, balanced life.
