Patients learn about themselves by exploring their interactions in the therapeutic relationship. My most common theoretical approaches are, psycho dynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and cognitive therapy. Client focus are teenagers through late adulthood. I have always been passionate about helping others. I enjoy deepening my understanding of human behavior and developing others. During the therapeutic process, clients will explore how the human mind can function in wholeness while learning to make a difference in their lives.
