I seek to help individuals who feel stuck and want to change unhealthy patterns of behavior. I am here to support and empower individuals to embrace change and promote inner peace. I use a client centered approach being mindful that each person has different needs to address their concerns, but also recognizing that you are the expert on you. I seek to integrate Eclectic counseling ideas that are evidence based such as CBT, play therapy, developmental theories, and spirituality to address important issues and behaviors.
I approach individuals as the storyteller of their own lives. This approach to therapy is to focus on the individual; helping them feel comfortable and accepted in order to begin to cope and heal from issues that are problematic or holding them back from being the best version of themselves. I seek to help individuals have more fulfilling lives.
