Hello! If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to make changes in your life, you don't have to figure it out by yourself. I am a doctoral level, licensed psychologist with over 25 years of experience helping teens, adults, couples, and families navigate stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, and major life transitions (to name a few). Clients tell me they appreciate my warm, honest, and collaborative style. My goal is to help you understand what gets in the way of getting what you want in life and offer you practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control.
I believe that change is always possible and I strive to help every client I see feel heard and less alone. Some of the clinical issues commonly presented by my clients include depression, anxiety, work related stress, relationship struggles, parenting, low self-esteem, identity, adoption, infertility, and obsessive/compulsive patterns.
Reaching out can be hard. I welcome those of all identities and backgrounds and provide a safe space to every client I see. I offer flexible (weekly, biweekly, monthly) in person and virtual services, depending on what works for you.
