I am an LCSW who has experience as a crisis counselor, mental health therapist, group therapist, and director of outpatient programs. I work holistically with clients to achieve overall wellness in each domain of wellness. I have worked with clients ages 5yrs-95yrs. I am dedicated to providing a customized approach that is considerate of a client’s circumstances. I help to build a client’s confidence and capacity for managing and mitigating their mental health. Together we create a plan based on the your priorities.
My approach is to provide a safe space for disclosing thoughts and feelings that affect your everyday. We take therapy at your pace. I promote a natural process with therapy, meaning conversation and change occur naturally.
Your mental health is important. You deserve to have wellness in all areas of life. We work each session to identify changes you are ready to make and discuss how those changes can happen. You don't have to be alone in your mental health journey.
