Using a variety of modalities, I tailor sessions to meet your specific needs. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy (EMDR). While developed to treat trauma, EMDR is a powerful tool for a wide variety of clients. I welcome clients who wish to incorporate their faith/spiritual beliefs and have experience treating religious-based trauma.

This 10 week virtual group is for individuals 18+ years who are, or have been in relationships with someone with a personality disorder. This group is designed to help you increase knowledge and understanding, find support, recognize your own needs, implement healthy practices for yourself, and design a path for moving forward.
