I am committed to helping my clients transform their lives from engaging in unconscious self-sabotage to mindfully living their dreams. My clients have struggled under the weight of low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and compulsive behaviors. A great number of my clients have benefited from integrated techniques drawn from Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy in addressing their issues.
Mindfulness is the basis of my integrated treatment approach. I use DBT to teach my clients skills in regulating emotions, tolerating distress, and enhancing relationships. My background in education has informed my focus on therapy outcomes and is why I seek feedback from clients about treatment expectations and their progress.
