Math and Mindfulness for Girls
As a therapist, I have observed that schoolwork is one of the biggest stressors for my teen and tween clients. While some struggle with poor grades, others place excessive pressure on themselves to achieve high marks. This is especially challenging for girls who often experience low self-esteem, anxiety, and trauma when they face academic difficulties. This online group will focus on building math skills while simultaneously enhancing social-emotional learning. Cost: $125/session. Time: 7pm - 8:15pm PDT Who: 6th-8th grade girls living in Utah, Nevada, Idaho, or South Carolina.
