I work with individuals starting at age 16 through adults who want their lives to be better, are experiencing day to day challenges, as well as individuals who are experiencing mental health/behavioral health issues such as depression and anxiety.
I specialize in anxiety disorders, teaching folks coping skills often using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also do a lot of couples counseling, promoting and teaching positive communication skills which seems to be a major problem with many couples I see.
I am a Breast Cancer Survivor and work with others who are going through or contemplating treatment.+++ I am now offering HIPAA compliant telehealth for those whose insurance allows or who are self pay
