As a therapist my role is to help support and guide you to think outside of the box and embrace new ideas that promote change. I have 20 years of training in many modalities, most specifically, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Family Systems. I also use yoga, meditation and breath work into sessions when asked and needed to promote mind/body balance. My practice is 100% remote but still face to face, which promotes complete confidentiality and anonymity. This aspect is important to many people who feel counseling needs complete discretion.
