After the last few years, most of us need a safe space to feel heard and understood. My therapeutic style is gentle and deeply client-centered, creating an experience of rest for clients who find themselves feeling lost in the chaos of our world. I will use an eclectic blend of talk therapy, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, DBT and Internal Family Systems to assist you with discovering and achieving your goals for treatment. Because I have my own trauma history, I can connect well with those who find themselves still affected by past events that they wish would stop intruding on their present. I work with individual adults.
