We all need help from others from time to time as we go through difficult or challenging seasons in our lives. My personal journey along with my training and experience has enabled me to facilitate that journey with clients. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, including solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive-behavioral, directive, and coaching, relational, and strength-based. I also offer faith-based Christian counseling. We want our clientele to have a comfortable, curated experience, so we offer self-scheduling appointment service through your personal client portal.
Instead of therapy sessions in an office setting, I work with clients at parks for a walk-and-talk therapy experience. Tele-therapy services are also a popular option for many of my clients. The therapeutic relationship between counselor and client is vitally important - establishing rapport is one of the top priorities during our initial session together.
My specialty centers around relationships: relationships with others and relationship with self. Helping children, adolescents, and adults maneuver through challenges and find joy is one of my favorite things in life. Be encouraged, have hope.
