We try to have fun while we work through whatever brings you to therapy to build rapport, deepen our connection, and provide creative ways to deal with the symptoms you are experiencing. You need to be comfortable & heard. I am a person-centered therapist, but I use tools from CBT, ACT, DBT, SFBT, Mindfulness, and play/art I am passionate about helping families cope with mental health issues. I am SYMBIS & CSTIP certified couples counselor and a Certified Autism-Informed Professional (ASDI). I help with anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, anger, and positive parenting for children. I work with children aged five to adult.
For couples, I am a certified SYMBIS marriage counselor and am a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP). I am a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS). I am a person-centered therapist who utilizes Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, CBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy modalities, and art & play therapy.
