As a Licensed Counselor, I can help you understand and manage whatever life throws at you, and how to do it successfully. As your therapist, my job is not to tell you what to do, but rather, to join with you to problem solve to accomplish your goals. I have a heart for people. As a Christian, I am driven to help people and offer no judgments.
At Peery Professional Counseling, I believe that therapy should be a positive and an holistic experience. I believe that the first step towards finding balance in life is built on self-esteem and taking care of yourself. It is my desire to share interventions and strategies using EMDR, IFS, and SFBT. I approach therapy from a person-centered standpoint.
