As a strengths-based therapist, I believe you possess all the inner resources you need to get to where you want to be in life. My job is to add perspective, help you tap into your strengths & intuition, and gently guide you on your journey toward identifying & becoming who you want to be. I provide warm support for women over the age of 18 and use a holistic approach in helping my clients achieve emotional, physical, spiritual, & social balance. I also value mindfulness which includes grounding to the present, expressing gratitude, & prioritizing self-compassion through self-care & an inner voice that is loving and wise.
My ideal client is motivated to become her best self and desires a long term compassionate witness and a soft place to land. I especially enjoy helping empaths and highly sensitive people. I also enjoy assisting with perinatal mental health, parenthood, transitions into adulthood, relationships, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life changes, grief and loss.
My sincere empathy and positive regard for my clients sets me apart from other therapists, as does my sense of humor and warm and accepting nature.
