I strive to offer a safe place for individuals, couples, and families to develop a renewed sense of hope in their current circumstances and the possibility of healing in the important relationships of their lives. I help clients find ways to cope or gently let go of the things that weigh them down while encouraging them to discover and hold on to those things that bring them life.
My specialty in sex therapy focuses on helping individuals and couples in areas of intimacy and sexuality. These include struggles in the areas of desire, abuse, dysfunction, and sexual identity. I also work with couples after the trauma of infidelity helping them navigate through the pain to slowly reconnect and rebuild trust with each other.
I have a special passion for working with adults and couples struggling with ADHD and a heart for couples and leaders in ministry looking for a confidential place to work toward healing . As a Prepare and Enrich Counselor I also enjoy providing helpful premarital counseling to assist couples in getting off to a healthy start.
