I specialize in using trauma-informed approaches to customize each client's therapy to their unique needs using EMDR, internal family systems, and various mind-body methods. Whether you struggle with issues like chronic people-pleasing, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, or other challenges, I will work to create a safe space for you to heal, learn, and grow.
