I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) with over 15 years of experience working with adults, including individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in treating a variety of concerns, such as substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, domestic violence, and other life challenges. I graduated from Lincoln University with a Master's degree in Counseling and Human Services and continued my education at Walden University, where I earned my Doctoral degree in Social Policy and Human Services.
I use a range of treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), mindfulness, and positive psychology, among others.
