The Foundation for Learning and Inspiring Health and Healing (FLIHH) founded by Sheri Damon, LMHC/LPCC/NBCC is an intentionally curated series of services, programs and professionals for effective healing and wellness. FLIHH strives to achieve the highest standards in behavioral health care, training and consultation through mind-body-spirit-environment focused approaches incorporating proven strategies to achieve overall wellness and tools to heal from illness. Inspired by the "Butterflihh Effect" each small change made by the people who experience FLIHH will have a positive impact on him/her/them and the world around us!
FLIHH specializes in Eating Disorders/disordered eating all ages and genders as well as strategy-focused therapy to address other mental health needs such as anxiety or depression. FLIHH can provide experiential learning opportunities for individuals, businesses, and organizations to promote wellness and prevent illness through our TheraFarm and COPER Models
An experienced clinical team with licensed therapists, registered dietitians, COPER Care Advocates, TheraFarm and wellness practitioners and prescriber taking time to work with each client to create a person/family specific treatment plan. Customizable programming for healing from eating disorders, creative arts, TheraFarm, meal planning and support.

Thera-farm group- Using the healing power of animal assisted work and nature to reduce anxiety and heal disordered eating patterns. Skill development, psycho-educational and support model for ongoing treatment of eating disorders using FLIHH's designed COPER Model. Included in group registration is the COPER Model Workbook.
