I am a client-centered therapist working with individuals and with a specialty in couple and family work . I am attachment and psychodynamically trained. I use my dance background as a useful tool to further understand the body signals as information to guide me towards creating a workable creative partnership and family unit . I use a combination of cognitive behavioral tools to understand the language we use in our relationships and our past family interactions which guide us toward a workable and balanced way of living in partnership with others . My training in trauma, anxiety, sexual concerns guide my work with my patients .
I specialize in working dynamically with individuals, couples and families searching to find ways to better communicate and to learn ways to grow creatively . I work with individuals who may need to find ways to manage their communication, anxiety, and relationships. My extensive work with people influx in their relationships is a particular strength .
I believe, that in all of us there is a strong desire to connect and to feel empowered. My work is based on our experience in both our original families and our environment and I deeply am committed to working in tools to strengthen relationships through communication skills and an awareness of ourselves.
