My focus is helping both teens and adults (ages 13 and up) get through life challenges. I have a passion for bridging gaps across generations and repairing existing generational cycles. I have a strong belief that childhood experiences not only affect us as individuals, but also the relationships that we create with others.
My experience is wide ranged; from Domestic Violence and the effects of Trauma to Grief & Loss, Behavioral Problems, Bullying, and Parenting Challenges. I use a multifaceted therapeutic approach as I believe that each individual is unique & diverse; so, their treatment should reflect their inimitable needs.
