Finding a therapist can be a daunting task. My hope is to provide a safe and comforting environment where you can just be, without the judgment or criticism. I mainly counsel women and the LGBTQIA+ community, often where there is crossover. My clients have a wide range of concerns including anxiety, trauma, relationship troubles, depression, sexual identity, infertility, parenting, cultural identity, and self esteem.
I work to establish a place and a relationship between us to explore your most personal challenges openly and truthfully. Through therapy, we will work together to achieve new and healthy thought patterns, stronger relationships, self confidence, and a sense of wellbeing.
For supervision, I am a WA State Approved Supervisor. I love the learning process of therapy- from sitting with clients to starting a private practice. Ethics and burnout are my areas of expertise, and my hope is to help you feel knowledgeable, grounded, and well in the care you're providing.
