Hello and Welcome! I work with both individuals and couples with an emphasis on relationship issues, addictions, trauma, and navigating sexual issues through faith-based counseling. Feeling safe and heard in a non-judgmental setting is crucial to the healing process. It is my goal to create a space where you feel understood as we journey together towards health and wholeness. Using an eclectic combination of Psychoanalysis, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Gestalt methods, we will tenderly examine your past, join with your present, and build skills to navigate the future. I am a trained Accelerated Resolution Therapist and am in training with the Institute for Sexual Wholeness to become a certified sex therapist.
