As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC), I provide individual and group therapy for people navigating the struggles of anxiety, depression, and recovery from addiction.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, helping you improve everyday functions and increase the joy in your life. I graduated from Regis University with a Master's in Counseling in 2017. My professional experience includes working with inpatient and outpatient clients.
