I believe, healing is an intentional, compassionate process of reconnecting with the power you already carry within yourself, your relationships, and the larger systems you move through. It’s about building awareness and making choices that support the life you want to live.
I aim to offer a grounded, collaborative space where you can show up fully as yourself and explore all of these layers with curiosity, honesty, and care. My work is especially rooted in supporting BIPOC and Queer-identified folks, holding space through a culturally responsive and affirming lens that recognizes the impact of identity, history, and systems.
We are not a monolith. My approach is individualized and relational by nature, so I tailor these approaches to the unique needs of my clients: Trauma-Informed Mindfulness, Relational-Cultural Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, and Narrative. For couples, I incorporate Gottman Method to guide you to feeling more connected to one another.
