I help couples in crisis identify and break cycles of negative emotional and relational interactions. I also help professionals and grad students experiencing anxiety or burnout due to high-pressure environments, "imposter syndrome", and lack of work-life balance. I provide a neutral, safe space for all parties to express themselves openly, learn stress management skills, healthy communication skills, conflict resolution skills, rebuild trust and improve intimacy.
I focus on empowering, educating, and supporting you in your journey while also working towards increasing your window of tolerance and restoring a sense of safety in your body. To do this, I tailor my approach based on the person before me. However, TF-CBT, DBT, somatic interventions, Gottman methods and Imago are regular frameworks I pull from.
