I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, & ACT to provide practical tools that help you understand thought patterns, regulate emotions, and reduce anxiety. Together, we’ll build skills to manage stress more effectively & make choices aligned with your values. My approach is collaborative, personalized, & grounded in your lived experience.
