Often, words are not enough to describe or make sense of our experiences, feelings and memories of what life brings us. Distressing and traumatic events can leave us feeling fragmented, isolated, on high alert, panicked, stuck in our trauma memories and nightmares and hopeless about our future. We most often see people of all ages who feel like other forms of therapy have not gotten them to their goals, are looking for a non-verbal way to express themselves and want a better quality of life.
Our art therapists will partner with you to find safe and meaningful ways to meet your goals and we will adapt our strategies to meet your needs and ability level. We offer art therapy and trauma-informed care, and trauma processing using the Instinctual Trauma Response (ITR) Method. We are currently accepting new clients (last updated 1/2024).
It is hard to reach out for support. We know it is important to feel comfortable with the therapist you choose to work with and that it can take time to find the right fit. Because of this, we offer free 30 minute consultations (on the phone, through video call or in person). We will be happy to connect with you. Thank you for considering our services.
