I utilize both relational theory and mindfulness practice as grounding principles of my therapy style. Relational work is understanding relationships and how we operate within them as a means to better understand ourselves; and mindfulness practice seeks to observe and notice our reactions to experiences and mitigate our suffering.
I believe that our social location, our material conditions, our identities, and ways we have been shaped, deeply inform how we live and move in the world. It is from this place that I work with people on their path towards individual healing and freedom.
