Being human is hard. Therapy makes it a little less hard. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families who are navigating stress, anxiety, and depression. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to feel more in control.
My approach is rooted in the belief that therapy works best when I meet you where you are. My personal motto is: I don’t take anything away — I replace. That means we don’t erase who you are; we focus on shifting what no longer serves you and building healthier thoughts, behaviors, and connections in its place.
I offer individual and couples therapy as well as family work, helping clients manage daily stressors, break cycles of negative thinking, and strengthen relationships.
