About
Growing through curiosity is at the forefront of my practice. I believe that all clients come to therapy with a goal in mind – to reduce discomfort in their lives, manifest change, implement better boundaries, build self-esteem, or become a better version of themselves. Whatever the goal is – I am here to help. Growing through curiosity invites clients to think outside the box and develop strategies for solving their own issues.
I lean towards a humanistic approach in Rogerian theory. This means I believe clients are the experts of their own lives and have the capacity to change. I am non-directive. Instead, I foster an environment where a client can explore their own ideas and thoughts free from judgement. This allows clients to simultaneously build self-esteem while healing.
Sometimes we can feel so overwhelmed, stressed, sad, and unhappy, but it is comforting to know it isn’t a permanent state of being. We all have the capacity for growth, change, and healing. If we open our minds to being curious, and remind ourselves we are still whole; beautiful transformations can take place. I invite and welcome you to my practice.
