Storms are something we don’t want to see or experience in our lives or nature. Storms put our faith and ability to survive to the test. We must remind ourselves, within the heart of the storm also lies the transformation.
To me, therapy is a deeply personal journey that is most effective when treatment goals are co-created to improve clients’ day-to-day functioning, heal their relationships, and enrich their quality of life. I find purpose in working with those experiencing issues of Anxiety, PTSD/Complex PTSD, Grief/loss, and I also extend my practice to fellow therapists.
