It has been my experience that getting to the root of issues is where the most enduring healing occurs. My orientation is psycho-dynamic - but I integrate many types of interventions into my work with clients. In particular I have utilized Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping) extensively with wonderful results.
I believe in a holistic approach to therapy that includes all aspects of wellness. As a Certified Health Coach, I am aware of the impact that nutrition and mind-body interventions can have on our emotional well-being. These issues can also be addressed in our work together.
