Hello. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with couples and individuals for a wide variety of issues. I thrive working with couples struggling with infidelity, rebuilding trust or communication/fair fighting and high conflict. The dynamic of a couple is unique and should be approached as such. I believe that every relationship can work and be healthy for both partners if both partners are willing to do the work and make changes. I am also highly trained in treatment of personality disorders and am able to help in both individual and couples dynamics.
The foundation of my therapy style is that therapy should be temporary, when at all possible. As a result, I am direct and goal-oriented towards goals you set in therapy. This approach works very well with couples needing to address trust concerns, high conflict couples, infidelity, and military couples.
At this time, I offer telehealth services and strive to make the virtual environment welcoming and helpful to meet your therapy goals. Scheduling is easy with both phone and email scheduling available.
