I have almost 20 years of clinical experience in various specialties, and in other countries. That time has shown me that everyone will face moments that feel overwhelming. Sometimes that means a new career, going through a divorce, moving, or suffering a loss. Life is complicated and often difficult, but there are skills and support that can help. Everyone has a unique story shaped by their experiences, and I tailor therapy to meet each client's specific needs. I often use CBT, & DBT, but draw from many other techniques as well.
I specialize in working with people of all ages who are experiencing life transitions and the mental health challenges often associated with them. These include things like anxiety, depression, self-doubt, fear, identity crisis, OCD, ADHD, sexuality, trauma, foster care or adoption, and relationship issues.
