I am trained in multiple evidenced -based treatments including EMDR, Internal Family Systems level 1, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I received a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Creighton University and a Masters of Social Work from University of NE at Omaha.
My specialties include anxiety, depression, OCD, as well as women's issues, neurodivergence, and couples counseling. I am particularly passionate about young adults on the spectrum and helping them develop life skills. I would love the opportunity to work with you.
